The Administrator has determined under section 18(c)(3) of the Office of Federal Procurement Policy Act, as amended (41 U.S.C. 416 (c)(3)) and Section 8(g)(3) of the Small Business Act, as amended (15 U.S.C. 644(g)(3)) that synopsizing in FedBizOpps is not always appropriate for acquisitions of real property appraisal services. The contracting officer must, publicize such contract actions following the procedures in 505.203.
