(b) The Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics and Technology), on a non-delegable basis, shall designate a central printing authority as set forth in FAR 8.802(b).

(1) Printing Equipment, specifically, Unclassified and Secret-level printing devices purchased or leased with federal funds appropriated to the Army, shall be procured through DLA Document Services using its Equipment Management Solutions Portal ( https://www.public.dacs.dla.mil/ems/ext/) as described in AFARS 5139.101-90 Policy.(a)(3)(v)(D), Army CIO memorandum Army Procurement or Lease of Printing Devices and Services, dated 17 November 2023, and DODI 5330.03 Single Manager of DoD Document Services.
