On November 9, 2021, the Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP) in the Executive Office of the President and the Department of Energy (DOE) commenced a two-week crowdsourcing campaign. This campaign was created on the behalf of all executive branch agencies. It will identify the most promising actions to address barriers faced by underserved groups that prevent them from full and equal access to federal procurement opportunities.
