The Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council has released a full PDF of all updated model deviations as part of the ongoing Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Initiative, in accordance with Executive Order 14275 and OMB Memorandum M-25-26.

The RFO in PDF, which includes all model deviations as well as the consolidated parts 2 and 52, is being provided based on feedback to support ease of searching content within the RFO.

A new RFO course, Navigating the FAR Framework, has also been posted this week. This new on-demand course explains the vision behind RFO, the structure of the FAR Framework, and the phased approach to implementation, with clear takeaways you can apply today. If you have followed RFO updates on Acquisition.gov but have not yet seen the full picture, this course connects the dots.

Additionally, a reminder that feedback continues to be sought on the FAR Companion, Version 2.0, and the Category Management Buying Guide, Beta Version 0.1, through January 15, 2026.
