4.2 Electronic Source Selection

If the PCO determines use of an electronic system for storing and handling source selection documentation is appropriate for the acquisition, the Army’s Virtual Contracting Enterprise (VCE) Acquisition Source Selection Interactive Support Tool (ASSIST) is available.

ASSIST is a secure web-based contracting tool, accessible by Common Access Card (CAC) or External Certificate Authority (ECA), used to facilitate the coordination and management of all evaluation documentation generated in a source selection.
